About the job
As a Business Development Representative you will contribute to the growth of EMAsphere. Your role will be to generate a maximum of commercial opportunities (100% outbound).
Identifying, qualifying (30% mail & 70% phone) and convincing prospects are the key words of your day. You will have the possibility to evolve to a Sales Executive position, which depends on you and your speed in achieving the objectives.
As part of the EMAfamily, you will be responsible for:
- Directly contact cold prospects sent by the marketing to convert them into meetings for Sales Executives.
- Understanding the needs of your prospects to provide them with a suitable solution.
- Identifying key decision makers and influencers (CFO, Business Controller, CEO or founders).
- Work hand in hand with your sales manager and the marketing team to develop your pipeline and reach your monthly objectives.
- Ensure that you enter clear and relevant data on potential customers in Hubspot, our CRM.
- After getting enough qualified meeting (cfr targets), being able to perform first effective online demos to small prospects.
- Proactively share your ideas, best practices, etc. with your team in order to improve EMAsphere processes.
- When needed, participation to the events in order to promote the product.
You have the following qualities:
- You like Finance but not enough to be our next CFO.
- You like french, you speak french, you live french.
- You like (and are not afraid) to peak up your phone to speak to people who are expert in their field.
- You are synthetic and structured.
- You have energy to spare and use it to convince a maximum of future prospects.
- You are always curious to learn more.
We would be even more impressed if :
- You have between 0 and 2 years of sales experience.
- You are willing to continually learn from the best in business development.
- You like challenges and exceeding your goals.
