Securex and EMASPHERE are joining forces to bring HR data and financial data together in a single performance management view.
Brussels and Louvain-la-Neuve, September 9, 2026: HR services provider Securex and data platform EMASPHERE are entering into a structural partnership. Thanks to this collaboration, Belgian companies can connect their payroll and HR data directly to their financial data. CFOs and HR leaders can now work with the same figures, allowing them to factor the impact of payroll costs, absenteeism, salary indexation and hiring directly into their financial analyses and forecasts. Combining these two data sources also reveals insights that would remain invisible on their own, helping organizations make better-informed, more strategic decisions.
Until now, HR and financial reporting often traveled through separate channels within companies. By connecting their payroll and HR data at Securex directly to their financial data in EMASPHERE, HR leaders and CFOs can now spend the time they used to devote to reconciling data on strategic analysis and decision-making. This collaboration is part of Securex's ambition to build a strong network of complementary partners, within which companies can combine the solutions that best meet their needs and receive the best possible support.
HR issues have a direct impact on an organization's financial health, and vice versa. The partnership between Securex and EMASPHERE makes this interdependence concrete and tangible. The integrated reporting environment will be available from early October 2026 for existing Securex customers. Customers who join Securex from January 1, 2027 will have access from day one.
