"The management committee asks for P&L reports every month, and thanks to EMAsphere, I can look up the data in all the different accounts, in just a few clicks."
Emilie explains that she can look at all the different accounts via EMAsphere, and when she has a query, she can easily "check the accounts by having a global view, and know which accountant to go back to if need be".
"At the end of the year, it's true that it's very useful to see where we stand cumulatively and to be able to steer the closing of accounts."
In addition to its monthly use for reporting to the board, Emilie explains that EMAsphere is a real money-saving tool at the end of the year when the accounts are closed.
"I know how to set what I want to set, it's very easy. And it's true that whenever we've had questions, we've found solutions pretty quickly, so I'm satisfied."
In addition to EMAsphere implementation training, each user can ask our consultants any questions they may have about using the platform.
"When I see a line on the P&L, sorted by category, if I don't know where the figure comes from, I can double-click and see the details of the accounts."
EMAsphere offers a drill & drown functionality that is much appreciated by users. In fact, as Emilie explains, "it's true that there's a lot of data, but it's so easy to drill down and find the answers", precisely because of this double-click feature, which goes right back to the source of the data.
"I can even add the entities, so I know where it's coming from."
EMAsphere's filters allow users to select the entities they want to appear in the boards, and thus compare and analyze the set of entities against each other.
