Job description
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the UK market, you will play a key role in expanding EMAsphere’s presence in the United Kingdom. Working closely with the Sales team, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities and contribute directly to pipeline growth.
Your mission is to generate high-quality opportunities for the Sales team through targeted prospecting and market engagement in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn).
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Engage CFOs and finance leaders to generate qualified meetings.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of UK opportunities.
🎯 UK Market Development
- Develop a strong understanding of the UK market landscape, target segments, and buyer personas.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts within the UK.
- Contribute to EMAsphere’s growth strategy in the United Kingdom.
📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor outreach performance and pipeline metrics.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, objections, and opportunities in the UK.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- First experience in B2B sales or lead generation is a plus (SaaS is a strong plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong resilience and hunter mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Native /Fluent English is required.
👉 Previous experience selling or prospecting in the UK market is a strong plus.
