Your mission

As a Junior Business Developer, you will join our Sales team and play a key role in expanding EMAsphere’s presence in Flanders and the Netherlands.

Your main objective: generate new business opportunities and convert them into long-term client relationships, while contributing to the team’s growth.

What will you do?

Generate new opportunities

  • Follow up on inbound leads and proactively create new ones through outbound calls, emails and social selling
  • Identify and qualify opportunities with CEOs, CFOs and finance leaders
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline in your region

Manage the sales cycle

  • Drive the sales process from first contact to closing
  • Present and demonstrate the added value of the EMAsphere platform
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Build long-term relationships and turn clients into ambassadors

Develop and leverage partnerships

  • Maintain and grow our existing partner network
  • Identify and onboard new partners in your region
  • Represent EMAsphere at events, workshops and seminars
  • Expand your network of C-level executives

Contribute to sales performance

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Contribute to monthly, quarterly and yearly targets
  • Share market feedback and help optimize our sales strategy

 

 

Who are you?

  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field

  • Experience : First successful experience (≈2–3 years) in sales, SDR, business development. Experience in SaaS or tech is a strong plus

  • Languages : Native in Dutch, Professional English. French is a plus

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong listening and questioning abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and modern prospecting techniques
  • Interest in finance/business topics is a plus
