How do I log in to EMAsphere for the first time?

Make sure, via your Administrator or our Support team, that your user is added to your environment.

Once added to your environment, you will automatically receive an activation email with a link to create your password.

Once this password has been created, you can connect to EMAsphere.
How do I log in to EMAsphere for the first time?
I forgot my password or I would like to modify it.

Log in to EMAsphere via the link https://ema.emasphere.com and click on Forgot password?

Then enter your email address and click on Send an email.

Then follow the instructions in the email you receive.
I'm new to EMAsphere, where do I start?
To get you started, we invite you to read our article: Your first steps in EMAsphere. This article will guide you through your first usage of EMAsphere.
You will find information about navigating in EMAsphere, access and settings, updating and viewing your data, etc.

How do I contact the helpdesk?

- Call us on +32 10 87 12 49 (BE) or +33 1 88 32 77 90 (FR). We'll be happy to answer between 9am-12pm and 1.30pm-5pm.
How do I create a ticket?
If you're having trouble with a feature or have a question, you can create a ticket here.
Don't hesitate to include as much content as possible in your ticket:- Menu and sub-section of the menu you are in (visible on the left side of the screen).
- Table, graph, and KPI in question.
- Context bar (situation, reporting date and entity visible at the top of the screen).
How can I see the tickets I've created?
I have a question about my invoice.
