We are seeking a dynamic and motivated International Business Developer to focus on building and expanding our partner network across countries such as Canada, the UK, the US, etc.

This role is pivotal in driving EMAsphere's growth by hunting new partners, such as Advisory & Consultancy firms, Private Equity funds, and Implementation partners. The successful candidate will collaborate with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to present our solutions and showcase our expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new partners across the designated regions to expand EMAsphere’s partner ecosystem.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with different types of Partners, such as Advisory & Consultancy firms, Private Equity funds, and Implementation partners.
  • Collaborative Selling: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies, share insights, and present a cohesive value proposition to potential partners.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform partner acquisition strategies.
  • Presentations and Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential partners and their first prospects/clients, highlighting the benefits and capabilities of EMAsphere’s solutions.
  • Negotiations: Lead negotiations and close partnership agreements that drive mutual growth and success.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partnership activities, pipeline development, and revenue generation.

About you

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner management, within the technology or software industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of performance management solutions and the needs of Advisory & Consultancy firms, Private Equity funds, and Implementation partners.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. 
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
