Excel had many limitations as a financial reporting tool

  • No data synchronization or automatic updates
  • Higher risk of errors from manual, repetitive tasks
  • Financial information not shared internally

EMASPHERE connects to the accounting software with ease

“There’s nothing to do on the client side. We chose EMASPHERE because it connects to our financial data straight away. That meant we avoided any complex build or implementation,” explains Olivier Gasche.

GTA Group gains complete autonomy, both technical and functional, with no IT expertise needed.

Automated financial reporting

“We can create as many dashboards as we like and they update automatically. It’s very clear and very visual, and you can easily move from one entity to another,” explains Olivier Gasche.

“EMASPHERE makes it easy to share data with management and operational teams. The information is dynamic, and we can get rid of Excel files that can cause errors and keep information from being shared,” he adds.

He also stresses how simple the platform is, and the security it offers its users. “An Excel file is often created and managed by a single person. So if that person is away, access to the Excel file goes with them. EMASPHERE, on the other hand, is always there,” he concludes.
