Easy Skill consolidates its multi-currency entities in a few clicks

With a growing number of entities and plans to expand in Papua New Guinea and Mozambique, Easy Skill needed a reporting platform that could consolidate all its data into one clear view.

Before EMASPHERE, it was hard to get an overall view of all the entities because of “different accounting systems, and different currencies too, which makes it very difficult to know which rate to use,” explains Emilie Castioni, Finance and Accounting Manager.

“The management committee asks for P&L reports every month, and with EMASPHERE I can pull the data from all the different accounting systems in a few clicks.”

Emilie reviews every set of accounts through EMASPHERE. When she has a question, she can easily “check the accounts with an overall view, and know which accountant to go back to if needed.”

Drill-down lets her trace every figure back to its source: “When I see a line on the P&L, grouped by category, and I don’t know where the figure comes from, I can double-click and see the account detail.” Filters also let her choose which entities appear in the dashboards so she can compare them: “I can even add the entities, to see where it comes from.”
