Automated, reliable, detailed and scalable reporting
“I went looking for a centralized, connected tool, because I had to report monthly and be very fast at consolidating and validating the data shown to our shareholders. I discovered EMASPHERE through a YouTube video. We signed the commercial agreement in November, and by the end of January our 32 subsidiaries could view their figures in EMASPHERE,” explains Laurent Larguier.
“I particularly like the zoom feature, which lets me double-click on a chart to go all the way down to the detail of the entry,” he adds.
A communication tool between the subsidiaries and the holding company
Groupe ABF makes extensive use of EMASPHERE. “At first, I thought we would use the tool mainly at holding level, but it turned out to be very dynamic, and we gave each subsidiary manager and the accounting staff access with a personalized view,” explains Laurent Larguier.
“EMASPHERE saves us a huge amount of time compared with our old tool, Excel. It also makes our financial data more reliable, because it is classified, consolidated and visualized directly in EMASPHERE,” adds Laurent Larguier.
