Civadis pairs SAP with EMASPHERE to automate and share its reporting

To keep the best possible track of its activities, Civadis wants to provide financial and non-financial reporting to a range of profiles: business unit managers, the finance director, the CFO, the board of directors… Excel is not built for this, so producing reports tailored to each profile’s needs was tedious.

Each profile now has tailored reporting, for example to:

• identify at-risk customers, for the finance manager;
• browse the charts after each data load, for the management controllers.
