Qualifio moves from BI reporting to EMASPHERE
Qualifio was founded in 2011. The Belgian platform helps businesses collect data across all their digital channels through interactive content. It offers companies, media groups and agencies innovative formats that stay true to their visual identity, for impactful and effective campaigns. To support its growth, the startup moved from a BI solution to EMASPHERE, connected to Exact Online.

Tracking a startup’s financial performance
Like any startup, Qualifio is aiming for strong growth.
According to Sam Boribon (Finance Manager at Qualifio), one of the first things that growth requires is choosing the right reporting tool.

For Qualifio, the challenge was twofold:
- find a tool that is quick to set up and lets Sam manage financial reporting independently;
- give managers an accessible tool so they can take ownership of their department dashboards.
From BI to EMASPHERE for optimized performance management
Before EMASPHERE, Qualifio relied on a BI solution that soon reached its limits in terms of agility, ease of use and connectivity.
Today, the startup has a solution that is:
- quick to set up;
- connected to the accounting software already in place (Exact Online);
- configurable in-house, without always needing a consultant (as was the case with the previous BI solution);
- easy to use, even for non-finance people.
Building a bridge between finance and managers with EMASPHERE
One of the main challenges for finance teams is often sharing clear financial information with other departments. Yet this is vital for tracking revenue, expenses, budget and more.
Qualifio faced the same question: “How do we get department heads on board with financial information and share it easily?”
With EMASPHERE, the whole Qualifio team has become more autonomous and agile. Every department head now has clear, up-to-date and complete reporting. Sam set up tailored reporting for each manager so that everyone has access to relevant information.
As a result, exchanges between the finance team and Qualifio’s other departments have become faster and smoother. With EMASPHERE, financial information speaks to every manager in the company.
