To improve the monitoring of its activities, Civadis wishes to provide financial and non-financial reportings for different profiles: business unit managers, financial director, CFO, board of directors…. As Excel was not optimised for this, producing these reports that were adapted for the different needs of these profiles was tedious.

Fast, reliable and automatically updated financial reporting
Thanks to EMAsphere, data from the ERP used by Civadis (SAP) are automatically integrated into EMAsphere. As a result, Civadis now has up-to-date reporting at all times. The company has now eliminated the risk of errors, a problem that it had to put up with when using Excel.
Creation of differentiated reporting formats in no time
Civadis has access to different reportings. To match Civadis needs, these reportings were configured in the platform from the 50 pre-configured indicators provided by EMAsphere. Civadis team can now easily follow its KPIs, budgets and orders, etc... Reportings created with EMAsphere are useful for NRB group (its principal shareholder), management committee and business unit managers.
Modularity of financial information monitoring
The entire Civadis finance team (CFO, accounting department, client-billing department, financial controllers) has adopted the platform in accordance with its needs, e.g. for:
- identifying at-risk customers in the case of the financial director;
- browsing the graphs after each data integration in the case of the financial controllers.
